Most organization suffer
setbacks today, for there negligence towards employee relations.
This happens when the management
forgets that work is all about planning, staffing, controlling of organizational
resources, which includes the employees because a good relationship with them,
will not just make the company achieve their goal, but for the fact that they
are also ambassadors of the company they will also help in projecting the
positive side of the organization to the public.
Companies with workers
should always create a peaceful, and involvement environment between the
employee and the employer that is a two-way communication which will help
ascertain feedback from them and also encourage and motivate them, in other to
achieve a common goal.
